If you are considering fitting a new wooden floor it is first worth checking to see if you already have a wooden floor just lift up the old flooring at one of the corners of the room and you’ll be able to see. If you do already have a wooden floor then you can save hundreds of pounds by having that floor sanded and lacquered using a quality lacquer such as Junkers lacquer. When floor sanding an old wooden floor you have to be sure to carry out all the necessary repairs otherwise the floor wil never look as good as your local sports floors.
Many floor sanding companies also offer services such as contract French polishing as the job is very similar in many ways. A good French polisher should also be able to do a good floor sanding job as well.
